SiriumBP.com offers free shipping on orders over €90 for Italy and over €100 for the rest of the world. Orders are generally delivered within 2-4 business days for Italy, but delays may occur due to the courier. For international orders, delivery times will be communicated on a case-by-case basis after the order is placed, according to the timelines provided by the couriers.
For Sardinia and remote locations, shipping may take longer.
Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and destination, according to the geographical areas established by the courier. You can check the shipping fee directly on the Cart page or during Checkout, before payment.
Any additional customs duties for non-EU shipments are the responsibility of the customer.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Orders with such addresses will be automatically canceled.
Shipping Tracking
Upon shipment, a confirmation email will be sent.
The tracking number will also be provided and will be visible in the “MY PROFILE” section under ORDERS.
The courier will also send an email to provide the tracking code.
Delivery
It is recommended to check the condition of the goods upon delivery, as you are entitled to refuse the product either fully or partially.

RETURN POLICY, RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL, AND DEFECTIVE GOODS
Consumers who believe they have received a product different from what was ordered have the right to withdraw from the contract, without any penalty, within 30 days from the delivery date of the product.
Please note that the right of withdrawal is excluded in the following cases:
- Supply of custom-made or clearly personalized products;
- Supply of sealed products whose opening or use would compromise their resale, if they have been opened and/or used by the customer.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer can contact the owner at the email address info@siriumbp.com or call Customer Service at +39 3294517781. The customer will be informed of the procedures for returning the product.
The product(s) must be sent to the following address: Bloomy Planet s.r.l., Vicolo Santa Maria alla Porta, 1 – 20123 Milan – Italy, following the procedures established during the contact.
The communication can be validly replaced by returning the purchased product, provided it is done within the same time frame. The date of delivery to the post office or courier will be considered as proof.
In case of withdrawal, the owner will refund the payments received from the customer without undue delay and, in any case, within 14 days from the day the customer communicated their intention to withdraw from the contract.
The owner will refund the customer using the same payment method the customer used for the online purchase.
The customer must return the products at their own expense, unless the supplier decides otherwise at their sole discretion, without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the date they informed the owner of their decision to withdraw.
The customer is responsible for the integrity of the product while it is in their possession and must take all necessary measures to preserve the product and ensure it is returned in the best possible condition, including the undamaged original packaging, accessories, any separate items, and any other components.
The product must not have been subjected to handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product.
The owner will not consider return requests if the returned product is found to be malfunctioning due to improper use, negligence, damage, physical, aesthetic or superficial alterations, tampering, improper maintenance, or wear and tear.
